The 20-year-old left back, who came through the Everton academy, is a full-time Scorpion international after he made his debut in an international friendly against Uganda in June, though he fell short of making the match day squad in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier match against South Africa in Durban.
Touray’s contractual details were undisclosed by the Welsh side but it is believed he inked a one-year contract with the Denbighshire-based outfit.
He dons the number 16 jersey for The Lilywhites and made his debut for the team in their 1-1 home draw with Bangor City on Friday.
Touray is expected to feature for the two-time Welsh champions in their next match away to Aberystwyth Town
The Liverpool-born youngster is likened to Real Madrid’s sturdy Brazilian stopper Marcelo for his solid and dependable qualities.
